Description
Pastel Ball Python For Sale Canada
The pastel gene is one of the most foundational codominant mutations in the ball python hobby, and every pastel ball python for sale Canada buyers find in our collection displays the brightened golden yellow base color and cleaner, higher contrast dark pattern that defines this morph compared to a normal phase animal. When you search for a pastel ball python for sale Canada, you are typically looking for either a single-gene pastel or a combo animal, since pastel is used in more designer combinations than almost any other gene in the hobby, and our current pastel ball python for sale Canada selection may include both.
Every pastel ball python for sale Canada listing states the exact genetic makeup of that specific animal, including whether it is single gene or part of a documented combo line, so collectors know precisely what they are buying.

Feeding for a pastel ball python for sale Canada is identical to any other ball python in our collection, an appropriately sized frozen thawed rodent diet fed on a consistent weekly to biweekly schedule, and we track and share individual feeding history for every pastel so new owners know exactly what to continue at home. Because pastel is a codominant trait, breeders working toward a pastel ball python for sale Canada with a specific combo outcome benefit from our documented lineage records for each animal we offer, since only one parent needs to carry the gene to produce visually pastel offspring.
Like all ball pythons, a pastel ball python for sale Canada has the same West and Central African origin and identical habitat needs as a normal phase animal, requiring a warm, humid enclosure with a proper thermal gradient regardless of color or pattern. Temperament in a pastel ball python for sale Canada is generally consistent with the species overall, calm and food motivated once established, which makes this morph appealing to both new collectors drawn to its brighter coloration and experienced keepers building a genetic project around this gene.
Quality Assurance, Genetic Documentation, and Longevity
Every animal listed goes through the same pre-sale health screening as the rest of our collection, covering body condition, respiratory clarity, skin and shed quality, and overall weight, with any animal showing concerns held back for further care rather than shipped.
Because genetic accuracy matters for a codominant trait like pastel, we maintain lineage documentation for our breeding stock so buyers purchasing for future combo projects can trust the pairing history behind each animal, not just its visual appearance at the time of sale.
A well cared for pastel has the same twenty to thirty year captive lifespan as a normal phase ball python, and its husbandry needs remain stable across that lifespan once established in an appropriate enclosure, with no special care requirements tied to the color mutation itself.
